Hi all,

I, Lt Lily May of LSMPD, motion to have the following charges added in to this trial to be pushed against the suspect Tony Todd. These charges are to be pushed against the suspect after a search and seizure raid was conducted on his properties and vehicles per a signed warrant.

The following charges to be pushed are listed below:

1x Criminal Possession of Weapon Attachments
1x Felony Possession of Weapon Parts
2x Criminal Possession of Explosives
1x Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance
3x Criminal Possession of a Class 1 Firearm
1x Criminal Possession of a Class 2 Firearm

The reason for this being motioned to be added here is due to it not being served alongside a second warrant that Tony Todd had for breaking his bail conditions. These both should of been served together and were not.

The Warrant ID is #280 which will provide further information for the arrest warrant itself. Within the arrest warrant the attached investigations will also provide further information in to the above case to support all charges being pushed against the suspect.

The Court acknowledges appearances by counsel for both the State and Defense in the matter of State v. Tony Todd.

Hi all,

I, Lt Lily May of LSMPD here would like to provide the following to give an up date to this docket following recent events involving the suspect Tony Todd.

Tony Todd was sent back to BBSP to be held until his trial was complete on the 20/04/2026 after breaking his bail conditions, from the original HUT charge that was pushed against him on 15/04/2026. This is where the following warrant that has been motioned above should of also been processed however it wasn't, therefore it was added to the docket after it was posted.

However as of yesterday, Tony Todd was found to be released from BBSP and actively participated in a First Degree Robbery of the Harmony Bank (Route 68). This information was obtained due to the arrest being made against Tony Todd. Arrest #6675 will show the charges to represent the Bank Robbery, however Tony Todd was not sent back up to be held at BBSP and was only sent on the time for the charges being pushed.

Therefore after speaking with the DA's office and getting authorisation from a Judge, I 200 Lt Lily May has sent Tony Todd back to BBSP on his hold until trial, which can be seen represented in arrest report #6682.

I have also made an investigation which represents the timeline of events right from the 15/04/2026 to 08/05/2026, this can be seen via Investigation #3503
