Your Honour, The Plaintiffs wish to submit into evidence Ms. JAdes written statement on this matter.

on 20th April 2026 I was subject to falling into the sea on buocaneer way I belive. as the officer pulled me form the water due to me still learning how to swim I said to the officer once I was up from the water I need to keep learning how to swim when the officer got me to dry land by the rocks he then started to do CPR on me which at that point point I was saying I was in pain and was alive I did also say way was the officer Max sitting the water watching the officer give me CPR so was still talking Max then did say to the officer to Stop doing CPR but the officer did say how he was taurt how to do this during his traning. the pain was unreal I felt every Rib bone breaK during this due to the pain i am unable to comment on how long he proformed CPR on me but for me it felt like a life time when Medical arrived I belive his name was jonny i was telling the pain I was in and it felt like evry RIb had been broken from DOing CPR when I was alive and talking the full time. JOnny did say at this point the CPR should not of been given. again I was in alot of pain at this point and just wanted help with the pain. to top all the pain off the officer decided to put me in cuffs making the pain even worse and most probbably made matters worse.
