Defendant Name: Jesster Cheddarson (State ID: 100668) PH#: 554-3994
Defendant Availability: NA
Incident Date: 04/11-12/2026
Name of Person Served: N/A
Reason for Suit: Deputy Trixie (Taylor) Morningstar, chased the wrong vehicle in response to a dispatch call, and proceeded to impound and seize said vehicle for "evading", and didn't notify the owner of the vehicle of the seizure as required by DOJ SOP's.
As such officer Morningstar has violated my clients 4th Amendment rights, and I have also heard that BCSO has been doing this multiple times for multiple citizens.
"Punitive: 10k in negligence - On Deputy Morningstar, for the illegal seizure of my clients vehicle"
10K in battery- For the unprovoked Pits that Deputy Morningstar performed against my clients vehicle.
Consequential:
100k for valuation of lost Mask sales for the masks that my client stores inside of the vehicle.
Incidental:
25% of final total added on as legal fees to Terry Fisk
Respectfully Submitted,
Terry Fisk
