Reasoning: "I was not given a good explanation of their probable cause, yes he ran however from what was said in the hearing, they aimed his gun at him prior to him running, there was no reasonable reason to do this, as such while I will hold him guilty of Evading, I will be ruling that his is not guilty of the other charges. Because they did not have a good reason to be detaining or aiming firearms at him in the first place."
