Hello! Deputy Tomioka, Badge 657, I am the arresting deputy on this case; I am requesting a pushback on the trial. The reason for this is that I've received a message from @Makane Wall | Jonathan Whitmore stating that when he was curious and wanted to look at what this case was, he then stated that once he opened the case on the MDT, it suddenly deleted everything. Upon hearing this, I immediately reached out to any LEOS involved to rewrite the statements to the best of their recollection and rewrite what was missing from the case. I am requesting that the trial be pushed back until the case is rewritten so the suspect has a fair trial and case.
