In the hearing of State V. Scotty Tea, the charges are as follows:

The State told how Mr Tea collected two dogs one of which stole a ranger pistol then proceeded to drive off, they followed him shouting for him to stop, to which he himself admitted hearing them tell him to stop whilst in liveried Ranger vehicles with lights and sirens on, there was no reason to believe that these were not rangers, yet he did not stop.
He also admitted that he shot at ranger Dave Bird, after seeing him shoot at the Dog George, and He mentioned the inciting incident which the state neglected to mention, however in the report the statements both agree on a very different course of events to what Mr Tea Described.
In all of this the Defendant Admitted that he heard the Rangers telling him to stop, and that he shot at Ranger Dave Bird, along with the victim statements from the vehicular battery at the hospital, this leads me to find the Defendant Mr Scotty Tea Guilty on all charges.
